WHAT DO I MEAN BY COMPLETION?

A  ll emotions, no matter from how long ago, are seeking completion. They will stay live within you, just like an electrical circuit because emotion is just a form of energy. It will keep you feeling a certain way or being triggered easily back into those feelings until you complete with them and close the circuit. It becomes a repeating pattern because it's looking for closure.

Here's a very basic example of what I mean about emotions seeking completion.

A

Perhaps you had an argument with a friend, your mother, your partner, whoever, and if you are happy with how it was resolved then you’ve probably completed with all the raised emotions from the argument. The circuit will be closed. You may even completely forget the argument because there aren't any high emotions attached to the memory of the argument. (Emotion affects how memory is stored in the brain)

But if you weren't happy with how it was resolved and you still feel some resentment, anger, annoyance, pain or whatever other emotion then you haven't completed with it and you will carry and keep resonating those emotions until you do. The stronger the emotions, the more likely you will carry them. And all these emotions can come straight back to the surface when you think about it or when something similar comes up because you've never let them go. This then creates a repeating pattern. As I say, this is a very basic example.

The same goes for deeper beliefs and fears. You will keep resonating these feelings throughout your life until you complete with them and let them go  - resonating anger, resentment, fear, shame or whatever combinations are unique to you.

TO ATTRACT WHAT YOU WANT IN YOUR LIFE YOU NEED TO STOP RESONATING THESE LOW-FREQUENCY EMOTIONS AND RAISE YOUR EMOTIONAL FREQUENCY. BEING IN THE RIGHT EMOTIONAL FREQUENCY CREATES THE PERFECT CONDITIONS FOR MANIFESTING YOUR VISION.

Trying to change your thoughts alone does not remove the triggers which is what causes your thoughts; only breaking and completing with the root pattern to your feelings and beliefs can do this.

Perhaps you are easily triggered into feelings of not being good enough or feeling like you never fit in or belong. Perhaps it’s feelings of anxiety around your finances or being visible or speaking out or not trusting others. Maybe it's fear about not getting things right so you freeze.

There are just so many potential combinations that will be unique to you. But there will be an original experience or root pattern that will have caused this and when anything remotely similar happens the same feelings, responses, behaviours, and thoughts are triggered.

THIS IS BECAUSE OUR BRAINS ARE PATTERN MATCHING ORGANS and this pattern match happens in the unconscious part of our brains. We need to get in there at that level and break the pattern.

WHAT DO I MEAN BY YOUR BRAIN BEING IS A PATTERN MATCHING ORGAN?

Everything you experience and every bit of information coming in from all your senses goes to the unconscious part of your brain first (the limbic system) and your brain does a pattern match (we know this from neuroscience). What I mean by pattern match is it searches through your entire saved archive of everything you have ever experienced (all your saved information that you have learned about the world) looking for something similar in order to know how to feel or respond. This happens at 100ths of a second. And before you know it you are having the same old problems in your relationships, in your business, in the way you feel about yourself. Those familiar old fears flood back - those same old thoughts.

Only after your brain does this pattern match unconsciously does your conscious thinking brain get involved. So we break and scramble the patterns in the unconscious part of our brain first and only then do we do the important mindset work and attracting in what we want.

WE LET GO FIRST.
