So often when we are struggling to achieve a goal or a dream we focus solely on the external - new strategies, more training....the list goes on and on.

But if you are grinding away and struggling to achieve the desired outcome or to make the changes you want to see in your personal and work life then the likelihood is you have an internal issue.
You may say on a conscious level you want something, and of course, you do, but your deep internal subconscious beliefs and programs tell a different story, and ultimately it’s your BELIEFS that create your reality and not your wants and desires.

So many coaching programs or self-development books and even the law of attraction mostly focus on changing thoughts and working with mindset. And yes, our lives are shaped by our thoughts and we become what we think about so don’t get me wrong this is a vital and necessary component which I also include.
But many people are not getting the results they want or can’t sustain the change in their thinking or mindset permanently. This is because they are not addressing and removing the root cause of their disempowering or destructive thinking patterns. They are still resonating these subconscious beliefs and missing an essential first step.
